Cream Cheese Cupcakes


Cream Cheese Topping
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
Chocolate Chips

Cupcake Batter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp soda
1 cup water
1 tbsp vinegar
1 1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup oil

Directions: Mix the two batters. Fill cupcake liner 1/2 full and then add a heaping tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

Hi Emily! I am going to make this recipe Tuesday. Does the measurement for the chocolate chips matter?

Dee! Sorry, I never check this blog. I usually do about a cup and a half to 2 cups of chocolate chips.
